Good Samaritan Anonymously Treats Police Officers to Ice Cream

Better than getting a free drink at a bar is getting free dessert for lunch. According to Fox59, A man in Kentucky showed his support for local police officers by treating them to an ice cream cone. While the two officers grabbed a bite at a Hopkinsville Chick-fil-A, they were approached by a man who expressed his gratitude for the job they perform for their community. When he left, the two officers were informed by their waitress that the anonymous man had bought them both a round of ice cream cones.

In an effort to try and locate the kind stranger, one of the officers, Robert Sibal, took to his department's Facebook page in hopes of finding the man who purchased him and Officer Bishop their dessert.

The police also use ice cream as a way to treat their communities: In Wichita Falls, Texas, officers are giving out McDonalds ice cream tokens to kids who are seen helping out the community. Next time up, they should by buying deserving citizens one of these creative ice cream concoctions.
