Los Angeles-based ice cream purveyor Coolhaus has added a pizza-flavored ice cream to its menu. Made with a mascarpone and olive oil base, it also includes sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and a "pinch of salt to finish." It doesn't have any of the carb-y, melted cheese goodness of a slice, but it is naturally gluten-free, if that counts for something. This isn't the first time L.A. has had a pizza ice cream on the scene: Scoops made a version all the way back in 2012 for Eater's Pizza Week.
