The Better Way to Shuck an Oyster

It's like picking a lock.

Shucking oysters may look intimidating but it can be deceptively simple. Above, the chefs over at Seattle's Chefsteps show off a foolproof way to do it, going at them from the bottom right-hand side near the front. Then it's just a quick flip of the oyster meat to show off the underbelly and remove it from the bottom shell. Check it out.
