Pastry wizard and MasterChef host Christina Tosi (Milk Bar) stopped by Late Night With Seth Meyers Tuesday night to teach host Seth Meyers and comedian Michael Ian Black how to make milkshakes. Tosi points out that typically milkshakes are made from just two ingredients — milk and ice cream. She says she likes to "add fun textures and flavors" to shakes, to which Meyers quips: "Gotcha. So kale, broccoli, shrimp."
Tosi has the comedians make two different milkshakes ("I tried to read your spirits and personality.") For Meyer, Tosi whips out two bottles of alcohol to much rejoicing. When Black goes to make his (decidedly non-boozy) milkshake, he confronts Tosi: "I see you didn't put any booze in mine. I took the liberty of putting some pills in when you weren't looking. It's fine." Go, watch.
