Watch Cake Sculptors Recreate Famous Works of Art in Chocolate

Baking duo Cory Polman and Olivia Bohnhoff are pushing the boundary between art and dessert at their Los Angeles-based company Bohnhoff & Kent. In this video by Mode Foodie, Polman and Bohnhoff demonstrate the making of one of their signature "gourmet stuffed candy bars" — a cake-filled chocolate sculpture made to look like the classic Dutch oil painting Girl with a Pearl Earring. The finished products bares a remarkable resemblance to the original but it's completely edible. Watch it now.
