Watch This Caviar's Aging Process for the NEXT 11 MONTHS

It's an action-packed ride.

If the idea of watching paint dry seems a little too thrilling, perhaps you'd be more interested in watching Norwegian caviar age for 11 months. The livestream of the process, brought to you buy Super Slow TV, began on August 14, and it will wrap up on July 19, 2016. To get an idea of what to expect from the video, it's simply a single camera trained on a stack of barrels. That's it.

American roast beef giant Arby's must feel like it's being shown up. Last year, the chain aired a livestream of its brisket-smoking process, but that video ran for only 13 hours.
