An observant, Tim Hortons-loving man was traveling in South Korea when he spotted what could only mean heartbreak for the Canadian: a very obvious knockoff version of the chain's instant coffee. The South Korean brand, called Tim Mortons, even uses a similar red script on its logo. A spokesperson for Tim Horton's notes: "While we're thrilled to see that the Tim Hortons brand is loved and recognized around the world, we're always vigilant when it comes to protecting our intellectual property ... even though we are not currently doing business in South Korea, we will continue to take the necessary steps to protect our trademarks."
