Disney World Embraces Its Inner Guy Fieri and Creates Giant S'Mores Baked Alaska

New, 2 comments

Walt Disney World

The Boathouse, a new restaurant at Disney World that serves a "$115 tomahawk long bone rib chop for two," is also serving what may be the park's — if not the nation's — most over-the-top dessert. Gracing the dessert menu is the Gibson's S'mores Baked Alaska which features chocolate-marshmallow ice cream, a graham cracker crust, and is topped with a marshmallow cream. For some reason, it is served stabbed through the top with a long boning knife. The behemoth of a dessert — which is reminiscent of Guy Fieri's terrifying "Guy's Cheesecake Challenge" — technically serves four, but could very likely feed many, many more.
