Here's an incredible, over-the-top parody of Netflix's docu-series Chef's Table. The satirical episode which tears apart fine dining trends focuses on chef Juan Gomez-Corotonez who owns "some shit hole" restaurant in Queens. Gomez-Corotonez came into famed for his "Stepped on Torta": "It all started with a piece of bread that I accidentally stepped on. The treadmarks retained all these delicious flavors. And that's where ‘Stepped on Torta' came from."
Gomez-Corotonez makes other ridiculous dishes like ABC (Already Been Chewed) Chicken which the fake restaurant critic describes as being like "a mother bird is chewing it for you and spitting it into your baby bird mouth." Perhaps the best comments about Gomez-Corotonez's cooking is from the Michelin critic (of the tire division) who notes: "There are no English words to describe what he is doing, only French words like incroyable, magnifique, and Depardieu."
