Along with his two brothers, Jordi Roca owns and operates the best restaurant in the world, according to the World's 50 Best list, El Celler de Can Roca located in Girona, Spain. This month, Peter Pauper Press publishes an English language version of Roca's 2011 book Los Postres de Jordi Roca. In it, there is a gentle attempt to bring the magic of El Celler de Can Roca into the home kitchen.
