Here's a peek into what to expect from Season 4 of the Emmy-winning PBS series The Mind of a Chef, slated to debut this September. The first eight episodes of this season will center on Gabrielle Hamilton, chef-owner of Prune in New York City's East Village. It appears Season 4 will have no shortage of additional star power from guests such as Jacques Pepin, Mario Batali, Anthony Bourdain, and Daniel Boulud. "I don't think that what most people think is perfect, is perfect," the James Beard Award-winning Hamilton says in the preview. "I like it perfectly bent."
