Dining on a Dime: A New Eater Video Series

Just in time for Cheap Eats Week, here's a sneak peak you won't want to miss.

The greatest food in the country doesn't have to be glamorous — in fact, it's very often not.

In his Eater LA column Dining on a Dime, food writer Lucas Peterson explores the delicious and inexpensive food available in Los Angeles. He covers everything from the guy peddling barbecue out of a sidewalk smoker to the women serving up Filipino bites like balut and betamax — these are the people, and the food, that make this city tick.

Hungry yet? Here's a sneak peak to satiate your appetite until the series premiere later this year. And don't forget to tell us what you think in the comments below.
