Here's the clean and crisp cover for British author and The Taste judge Nigella Lawson's latest cookbook. Titled Simply Nigella, it will be published by Flatiron Books. The cookbook — which features 125 recipes — is designed around the concept of "simple" recipes. A press release notes that Simply Nigella focuses on "easy-to-prepare everyday meals and indulgent dishes for special occasions." Readers can expect recipes for items like banana bread with cardamom and cocoa nibs; cucumber, chili, and avocado salad; tamarind-marinated flank steak; and baked leek pasta. Even the cover embraces the concept of "simple": It features Lawson in a plain white shirt holding a stack of plain white bowls. Simply Nigella hits shelves November 2015.
