Some good news for fans of blended drinks: Starbucks is offering six new Frappuccino flavors starting June 8. For a limited time, customers will be able to purchase Frappuccinos in flavors like Caramel Cocoa Cluster, Cinnamon Roll, Cotton Candy, Cupcake, Lemon Bar, and Red Velvet Cake. Starbucks hopes that customers will then vote on their favorite (in a "flav-off" contest) and the winning flavor will be offered on the menu from July 3 through July 6 for $3. Unfortunately, cookie straws are still extra.
After months of testing, Taco Bell is adding Cap'n Crunch Delights to menus nationwide. The deep-fried portable balls of cereal are a very bright shade of pink, come stuffed with a "sweet cereal milk" icing, and are rolled in crushed Cap'n crunched cereal. The new item/sugar bomb hits menus July 2.

KFC and Pizza Hut locations in Nepal have shut down indefinitely after a dispute over working hours "in the wake of the devastating earthquakes." A local union is demanding that employees stop working at 6 p.m. to give them time in the evening to repair their damaged homes and help family members recover from the earthquakes that hit Nepal on April 25 and May 12. However, management does not agree with the union and a scuffle broke out.
Taco Bell may be known as a fast food restaurant, but for one Iowa man, its drive-thru was anything but. On Friday night, Matt Holinger live-tweeted his harrowing experience of being "trapped" in the Taco Bell drive-thru line for a full half hour. Holinger's saga quickly went viral. He eventually got his food but he probably won't be returning to the drive-thru to pick up some Cap'n Crunch Delights in July.
The Taco Bell line has not moved in 20 minutes and there is no way out. I am trapped.
