The Epic Meal Time guys are back and this time they're cooking "aboard a navy boat" because, well, America. Mac and cheese is already known as an indulgent dish, but the Epic Meal Time guys can't help but take it to a new level. They douse the noodles in beer cheese, bacon, and hot dogs while discussing why American bacon is superior ("What's the difference between Canadian bacon and American bacon? American bacon is real"). The casserole is then topped off with more bacon (not that anyone is surprised) before it gets baked off.
