Once a novelty, the grilled-cheese-bun burger actually seems pretty commonplace these days (congratulations, America!) — but check out this beast from the Great New York State Fair. Born from the depths of the aptly named Fried Specialties booth, it sandwiches a deep-fried half-pound burger patty between two grilled cheese sandwiches and then garnishes it with deep-fried bacon, deep-fried pickles, and cheddar cheese.
