Cosmopolitan chatted with Mike Chau, the man behind the famous Food Baby NY Instagram account, which features images of his son Matthew and food from restaurants all across NYC. Chau and his wife — who work at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley respectively — are now often courted to visit restaurants and post about them to their accounts, which means lots of free food. Below, the three easy steps to achieving fame through food porn like Food Baby NY:

1) Have a cute baby.
2) Take not-so-great photos at restaurants with cute baby from Step 1 in them.
3) Post incessantly to Yelp (and Instagram).
