Watch Anthony Bourdain Eat a Surfboard-Sized Schnitzel in Budapest

Bourdain satisfies his pork craving with a giant pork cutlet.

Anthony Bourdain's love of pork is no secret to those who follow his televised escapades. In the next episode of Parts Unknown, the chef-turned-TV host travels to Budapest, where he finds a giant schnitzel at a small, innocuous restaurant. In this video, Bourdain takes a photo of the dish next to his hand for scale — the cutlet is way bigger than his hand — and notes that it's roughly the size of a surf board. Parts Unknown: Budapest airs this Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on CNN.
