Here's a charming video — produced by the video crew behind Foodie — from the Louisiana Bayou that follows Jody Meche, a crawfish fisherman. Set to upbeat fiddle music by Dewey Balfa and the Balfa Brothers, it follows Meche as he glides up and down the Bayou checking his nets for crawfish. He brings home quite the catch and Paul Orr, simply described as a "backyard cook," whips up a crawfish boil, complete with plenty of lemons, potatoes, and corn. Of course the whole ordeal is laid out on newspapers in the backyard and devoured fireside in minutes.
