As first spotted on Twitter, here's the cover for chef Enrique Olvera's (Pujol, Mexico City; Cosme, New York City) upcoming cookbook, Mexico From the Inside Out. The book is Olvera's first English-language cookbook, and it will feature over 65 recipes including dishes he serves at Pujol and "more accessible causal dishes that he enjoys with his family at home." Each recipe will be photographed by Araceli Paz. The cover of Mexico From the Inside Out is simple, rustic, and appears to be crafted from canvas or linen. The book — which comes with a $60 price tag — is set to hit shelves October 19.

It is a busy year for Olvera: On top of a cookbook, he is also heading up the culinary program at The Cape, a new hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico. Olvera told Eater last month that he will be "overseeing and developing the menus for The Cape's signature restaurant Manta, as well as consulting on and developing select dishes for additional dining concepts throughout the hotel."
