In light of the news that Olive Garden is launching breadstick sandwiches next month, David Letterman, the host of The Late Show, put together a list last night of the top ten things overheard in the chain's Tuscany, Italy test kitchen. Letterman imagines it's a hotbed for innovation where employees contemplate things like "fifty ideas for a scampi," and "a breadstick you can sleep on called the bedstick?" He believes that there are many herbs floating around the kitchen, not all of them for seasoning ("Starting to think it wasn't oregano in that baggie.") Go, watch to see what was number one.
