CELEBRITY CHEFS — Gelinaz!, the international chef collective, makes its triumphant return this July 9 in restaurants worldwide. The line-up of chefs, which includes René Redzepi, Albert Adrià, and Dominique Crenn, will temporarily swap restaurants for a brief period to cook in another chef's restaurant. Tickets go on sale tomorrow on the Gelinaz! website at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

STARTUPS — Blue Apron Inc. is getting ready for a new round of funding. The New York-based startup has made a name for itself by shipping consumers packages of pre-measured ingredients for specific dishes. A customer would receive, for example, the exact amounts of meat, vegetables, and spices to make a pot of jambalaya. The company is hoping to raise around $100 million, which would place its total valuation in the crazy-town $2 billion range.

NEW YORK — Saveur magazine's Summer Cookout will take place June 23 at the Boat Basin in NYC. The event will feature an impressive line-up of chefs, including Scott Conant (Scarpetta), Andrew Carmellini (Locanda Verde, Alex Guarnaschelli (Butter), Justin Smillie (Upland), Christina Tosi (Momofuku Milk Bar), Chris Shepherd (Underbelly in Houston), and Ivan Orkin (Ivan Ramen). Tickets are now on sale on the website.
