The team over at Next in Chicago have released the trailer for their upcoming Tapas menu. While their last video — for the restaurant's Bistro menu — was animated (complete with a cartoon Nick Kokonas), this one is a series of photos with a postcard theme. In March, chefs Grant Achatz, Dave Beran, and Mike Bagale (Alinea) headed to Spain to cook, and to research the Tapas menu. And in the process, they took over 3,000 photos.
The results are this trailer: Set to flamenco music, it captures their travels to cities like Marbella, Barcelona, and San Sebastian where they ate plenty of seafood and creative dishes at legendary restaurants like Arzak and Tickets.
Tickets are on sale now and the Tapas menu runs until September 6.
