Regular viewers of David Letterman's Late Show know Rupert Jee as the owner of nearby Hello Deli in Midtown Manhattan. Jee has appeared on a number of segments over the years, and now that Letterman is about to sign off from the show, Jee gets another nod on the recurring Top 10 segment.
