Two days after releasing her second book, A Girl and Her Greens, British chef April Bloomfield (The Breslin, The Spotted Pig, Tosca Cafe) has landed another cookbook deal: A Girl and Her Fish will be published by Ecco, an imprint of HarperCollins.
As with the chef's first book A Girl and Her Pig as well as her second, A Girl and Her Greens, in this third book Bloomfield will outline her approach to cooking the protein of the sea. Per an announcement from HarperCollins, Bloomfield will share "her recipes and reflections regarding the serving of fish." The book will feature photographs and illustrations of each dish.
A Girl and Her Fish will hit bookshelves in the spring of 2017.
