Forn can Curtichs is a bakery in Barcelona that makes everything the old-fashioned way: a mano, by hand. In this new video, watch a baker mix up a batch of croissants croissants, fold in the butter, and roll a triangular cutter across the vast swath of dough. He then shapes each by hand, one at a time. The rolled dough spirals are left to rise before finally finding their way into a hot oven.
