This morning/last night Singapore-time, Asia's 50 best announced its list for 2015. Gaggan in Bangkok — which was third on last year's list — took home the top spot. Narisawa in Tokyo kept its second place standing, while last year's first place winner, Nahm in Bangkok, was bumped down to seventh place. Perhaps some of last year's backlash about Nahm's Australian ownership had something to do with its demotion on this year's list.

The top ten, in order: Gaggan (Bangkok); Narisawa (Tokyo); Ultraviolet (Shanghai); Nihonryori Ryugin (Tokyo); Restaurant André (Singapore); Amber (Hong Kong); Nahm (Bangkok); 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana (Hong Kong); Waku Ghin (Singapore); and Jungsik (Seoul).
