IACP Announces 2015 Food Writing Award Winners

Food & Wine and took home a few medals each.

The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) held its annual awards ceremony earlier this evening, and Food & Wine magazine — and several contributors to the publication — took home awards., the crowd-sourced recipe website by former NYT editor Amanda Hesser and Merrill Stubbs, won best culinary website of the year. Chef Sean Brock won Best First Book for Heritage; chef Christopher Kostow won Best Cookbook of the Year for A New Napa Cuisine. See all the winners, below.
