Here's the bubbly trailer for bakery owner Erin McKenna's upcoming cookbook Bread & Butter. McKenna is the founder of BabyCakes NYC (LA and NYC) and the recently opened Erin McKenna's Bakery in Florida, all of which specialize in vegan and gluten-free baked goods. The clip — which features many adorable children running around eating bread — reveals that the book contains 75 recipes for a slew of gluten-free and vegan takes on treats like pizza, croissants, biscuits, focaccia, rye bread, biscuits, and bagels.
