Mind of a Chef, the hit PBS series produced by Anthony Bourdain, has revealed one of the chefs that will star in its next and fourth season: New York City-based Gabrielle Hamilton. As Food Republic first reported, Hamilton is following in the footsteps of chefs including David Chang (Momofuku, New York City), Sean Brock (Husk, Charleston), and April Bloomfield (Spotted Pig, New York City) who all revealed their cerebral take on cooking.
Zero Point Zero productions confirms that Mind of a Chef season four will feature two chefs, but has not announced the second chef yet. The show's third season featured chefs Edward Lee (Louisville) and Magnus Nilsson (Fäviken, Sweden).
James Beard Award-winning chef Gabrielle Hamilton is best known for her East Village restaurant Prune. Late last year, Hamilton published the Prune Cookbook.
