In this episode, Peralta visits the region's historic Txokos gastronomic clubs and stops into the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Azurmendi, where chef Eneko Atxa shows off the site's elaborate greenhouse and kitchen.
In the outdoor garden space, Atxa hides prepared foods within the foliage, encouraging guests to snack from the greenhouse and surprising them with unexpected bites disguised as raw veggies.
