2015 is shaping up to be an exciting year for cookbooks. For example, here now is an exclusive sneak peek at Ten Speed's fall catalogue, which includes titles from cookbook phenom Yotam Ottolenghi and a cookbook from The NoMad, plus a glimpse towards one of spring's most eagerly awaited cookbooks, Franklin Barbecue.

Ottolenghi's The Nopi Cookbook will focus on recipes from his London fine-dining restaurant Nopi. Co-authoring is Ramael Scully, Nopi's head chef. Per the catalog, "Scully's Asian roots collide with Ottolenghi's Middle Eastern influences to create gorgeous dishes — Burrata with Blood Orange, Coriander Seeds, and Lavender Oil; King Prawns with Pernod, Tarragon, and Feta; Persian Love Rice with Burnt Butter and Tzatziki — that are all within reach of the home cook."

As previously reported, Daniel Humm and partner Will Guidara's The NoMad Cookbook will also include a cocktail companion book written by acclaimed barman Leo Robitschek. (The group won won a Beard Award for its cocktails last year.) The catalog promises "a wonderfully unexpected collection of both food and drink recipes." At this point, Humm and Guidara are old pros at book-writing: Their most recent book, I Love New York, was published by Ten Speed in 2013, and before that they published Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook with Little Brown in 2011.

There are some other fun titles to keep an eye on. A cookbook dedicated to Japanese clay pot cooking by Japanese cooking expert/blogger Naoko Takei Moore is co-authored by Kyle Connaughton, the former head chef of R&D at the Fat Duck who's currently working on opening a restaurant in California. The charcuterie buffs at Olympia Provisions (nee Olympic Provisions) are putting out an "elegant yet irreverent" book with seasoned cookbook author Meredith Erickson, promising step-by-step instructions for its meaty staples like pâtés, fresh sausages, and dry-cured and fermented salumi. OP co-founder/meat-maker Elias Cairo tells Eater the book's title will be changed to Olympia Provisions, and Ten Speed confirms.
