Here's the latest artsy video from the team behind Mugaritz, one of Spain's most well-regarded restaurants. Thanks to some serious stop-motion animation set to bouncy 8-bit electro music, the video features a pair of hands that appears to magically cook a complex-looking dish without actually touching any of the ingredients. The result is a playful and mysterious dish of caramelized onions and pine nuts topped with a mysteriously pink topping that appears to be either whipped blood or beets. Possibly both. Go, watch.
