A new pop-up bar in London is hoping that customers will have a hoot mixing cocktails and owls. According to the Telegraph, Annie the Owl Bar — which opens next month — will let customers sip drinks while hanging out with the nocturnal birds. Entrance to what must be a Harry Potter fan's dream come true is £20 ($30 USD) and it includes two cocktails. It's not the worst deal, considering that drinks can often command $15 in big cities.

There will also be a professional falcon trainer on hand "at all times to make sure that [the owls] play nicely with the general public." And, to keep in line with the owls' sleeping habits, the bar will be open at night from 8:30p.m. until 2a.m. The bar — which was inspired by an owl cafe in Toyko — is already proving to be so popular that tickets are available by lottery only. The website notes that 9,317 people have already entered.

The residents of London apparently have an insatiable appetite for strange pop-ups: The city has been home to a concept that only served canned seafood. Diners also have the option to eat pizza on a classic double decker bus. Another takes dining out to new heights by hoisting diners 100 feet in the air. And for those who like to gamble, a pop-up allowed customers to win free meals based on how well they play poker. Annie the Owl Bar will be open from March 19 to March 25.
