A fancy new outdoor specialty coffee shop opened in Paris this week. The shop — called Honor — serves premium coffee and a "short but smart" selection of quiche, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. It is owned by an English-Australian couple who are trained baristas.

Following in the steps of Blue Bottle and Dominique Ansel Bakery, yet another international restaurant is expanding to Japan. Spanish "gourmet deli" and pastry shop Pastelería Mallorca will start serving Tokyo residents bocadillos and hot chocolate in late April.

Whole Foods is recalling nearly 33,191 pounds of "ready to eat products" like their chicken chili burritos and pork carnitas for failing to indicate on the label that they contain peanuts, a common allergen.

Here's a chance to have a pair of tweens out-cook you: Charitybuzz is hosting an auction where the winning bidder will get to cook with two stars of MasterChef Junior, Josh Reisner and Adaiah Stevens.
