Barista, the newest feature length film about the craft of coffee roasting, brewing, and serving, opened in select theaters last month. Nowness snagged a choice clip from the film in which a narrator explains the history of coffee culture in America and why many in the industry are referring to today's newfound obsession with roasts, flavors, and latte art as the third wave.
