Fans of coffee table cookbooks, complex restaurant recipes, and things "made nice," rejoice: NYC-based chef Daniel Humm and front of house maestro Will Guidara are working on a new Eleven Madison Park cookbook, to be released in Fall 2016. As the chef revealed in an Instagram post, Humm and Guidara will be working again with photographer Francesco Tonelli, who collaborated on Eleven Madison Park, I Heart New York, and this year's stunner The Nomad.

The first Eleven Madison Park cookbook made waves when it debuted in 2011, hitting shelves right around the time that Danny Meyer sold the restaurant to Humm and Guidara. At the time, Eater lauded the book as "a proper record of a landmark restaurant in its prime." Five years later, the team seems ready to tell the story and share the recipes of post-Danny EMP.

2016 is shaping up to be a banner year for Humm and Guidara. Along with the cookbook, the duo is working bringing a new fast casual concept to New York City next year called Made Nice. Additionally, Humm and Guidara are taking the Nomad to Los Angeles, but promise it won't be a replica of their hit hotel restaurant. Further down the road, the duo has plans for a massive new NYC restaurant, which will be focused on fine dining and designed by acclaimed architect Norman Foster.

Update 12/15; 1:45 p.m.: EMP reps confirm Ten Speed is the publisher. From Daniel Humm: "The food at Eleven Madison Park has evolved considerably since our first cookbook five years ago so it's important to us that we update what is out there. Every time we work on a new book it's an amazing process - it makes us think more about our point of view and we learn a lot along the way. We are really excited to share it with everyone."
