Attention, please: Today we kick off the 2015 Eater Awards, where we honor this year's most talented chefs and bartenders from coast to coast, plus 2015’s hottest, best, and most stunning restaurants. The sixth annual awards will be announced on Monday, November 16.
How does it work? First, we vote. Eater editors in 24 cities have selected nominees for each of five major categories: Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, Bartender of the Year, So Hot Right Now, and Stone Cold Stunner. Readers will vote in one category each day, narrowing the nominees to three finalists. From those three finalists, the Eater editorial team will select a winner to be announced on November 16. Head to the city sites every day at 11 a.m. to vote (each poll will be open for 24 hours; voting irregularities will be strictly policed), then check back next week for more on the finalists in each category.
