Acclaimed Mexican chef Enrique Olvera is hitting the road to celebrate the release of his first English-language cookbook Mexico from the Inside Out. Olvera, the man behind New York City's Cosme will hit the Big Apple (October 12, 14, and 17), San Diego (October 18), San Francisco (October 20), and St. Paul, Minn. (October 21 and 22). The tour will include events such as cocktail parties, Q-and-A's, and book signings, according to a press release.
Mexico from the Inside Out is due for an October 19 release, and it will feature more than 65 recipes, including dishes Olvera serves at his Mexico City restaurant Pujol and "more accessible causal dishes that he enjoys with his family at home." The book comes with a $60 price tag.
