Pizza rat's sole claim to fame is that it successfully dragged a large slice of pizza down subway steps despite human intervention, showing that even a humble rat can make it (or lose it) in the Big Apple. Except, this costume is labeled "sexy" because nothing says sex appeal like a large, dirty rat crawling down filthy subway steps with an old slice of pizza in its mouth.
