The next episode of Parts Unknown takes globetrotting host Anthony Bourdain to Ethiopia, home country of superstar chef Marcus Samuelsson and his wife Maya Haile. In this preview, the trio pays a visit to Haile's mother and grandmother and sips on local coffee, which is augmented with salt instead of sugar.
