What You'll Need:Instructions:
1.25 oz. Gin
1 oz. Salers apéritif
.75 oz. Sweet vermouth
.25 oz. Rhubarb cordial
2 dashes Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate
Orange and lemon peel
Crushed ice, plus 1 large ice cube
Measure out and pour liquids into chilled mixing glass. Add crushed ice and stir. Strain and pour into glass with large ice cube. Garnish with orange and lemon peel.
