As part of Cocktail Week, watch Eben Freeman, the man behind the bar at New York City's Genuine Liquorette, make a cocktail he calls the Camparinette. Also made with Campari and vermouth, Freeman's take on a negroni is a little heavier on the gin than the standard variation. Watch this video and follow the instructions below to make thestandout cocktail at home.
