Here now is an exclusive preview from Burnt, the Bradley Cooper-led film about chefs, fine dining, and the quest for perfection. Perfection, in the case of this clip, is all about attaining three Michelin stars, considered one of the highest honors in fine dining. "Everything from now on must be perfect," warns Cooper in his role as chef Adam Jones. "Not good, not excellent. Perfect." So what must the staff watch out for when the Michelin inspectors are anonymous? Two-tops where one person orders the tasting and the other a la carte. Dropped silverware. Tap water requests.
Burnt has been a movie long in the making. Known both as Chef and Adam Jones for a period, Burnt is one of the most star-studded restaurant-focused films ever made. The Weinstein-backed film has serious A-list star power with Cooper, Sienna Miller, Uma Thurman, and Emma Thompson all on the cast list. Watch the Michelin-focused preview clip above, and check out the just-announced New York City Michelin winners here. Burnt hits theaters on October 23.
