Uber Is Now Integrated in Starbucks' Mobile App

Everyone's favorite driver app Uber has partnered with everyone's favorite coffee behemoth Starbucks to ensure that getting a Pumpkin Spice Latte is just the press of a button away. According to The Next Web, the Starbucks iOS app has been updated with Uber integration, which means there is now an option to hail an Uber from within the app.

Once users click on the Starbucks location they'd like to visit from within the app, the Uber button launches the Uber application to help users hail a ride. Currently users need both apps on their device for it to work. But now, you can get a ride to and purchase your Starbucks drink all through a mobile device without having to open a wallet. If using an Uber to get to your coffee is far too much effort, no fear, the app will also bring food to you. Uber announced last month that it is testing UberFresh in Santa Monica, California, a service where it drops off a prix-fixe lunch to customers for $12.
