Noted Los Angeles restaurant The Hart & the Hunter has lost its marquee chefs Brian Dunsmoor and Kris Tominaga. Dunsmoor and Tominaga —who have both moved on to other projects — developed the Southern-inflected menu and earned it rave reviews from the LA Weekly, LA Times, and LA Magazine.
