Pittsburgh is jumping on the restaurant letter grade train, reports Pittsburgh Business Times. Though the region's restaurant industry largely opposes the plan, the board of the Allegheny County Health Department voted to approve the new grading system by a vote of 6-1. The Allegheny County Council and County Executive Rich Fitzgerald still need to approve the measure, which could go into effect this upcoming January. [PBJ] [Photo: Flickr]
