Failed restaurateur and actress Eva Longoria stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to make an egg dish that may explain why her restaurants never really took off. In between not knowing what oil she's using to cook the dish and figuring out the steps to her own recipe ("I don't even know the order"), Longoria reveals to host Jimmy Kimmel that she hates egg yolks. Longoria believes "they don't taste good" and are "texturally weird." The duo then layer her egg dish which she insists is similar to "lasagna" but is so messy Kimmel suggests serving it "in a cup."
