Taco Bell Employee Groped by Drive-Thru Customer

Taco Bell does not serve sexual assault, but one Florida resident helped himself to some anyway. According to WWSB, 38-year-old Phillip Guerrero placed his order around 2 a.m. and then "allegedly reached inside a drive-thru window and groped a female Taco Bell employee's" left butt cheek when picking up his food. The Smoking Gun writes that alcohol "was a factor" in the incident.

The employee decided to press charges for misdemeanor battery. Guerrero was arrested, released on a $500 bond, and has figured out the other best way to get banned from Taco Bell for life.
