Watch Christina Tosi's Chat About 'The Making of Me'

Momofuku Milk Bar chef Christina Tosi talks with Glamour in the magazine's ongoing "The Making of Me" series, revealing how she's fueled by concepts like "passion," "excellence," and hard work. (Tosi's been everywhere of late; earlier this week, she appeared in a similar-sounding "Live Who You Are" ad campaign for the Corcoran Group.)

In the video, Tosi also briefly touches on how being a female chef became a source of "motivation instead of trepidation or fear." Says Tosi: "I always thought of myself as a cook; I never thought of myself as a 'female cook'... and I wanted to be the best cook that there was. That said, when you are in an all-male kitchen, you also become grossly aware that you're the only girl there. I took it as more of a challenge to work even harder than everyone else." Go, watch:
